Scott F. Hoskins

Partner & Financial Advisor

Scott F. Hoskins is Partner and Director of Portfolio Management of Hoskins Wealth Management. For almost 10 years Scott has specialized in tactical, risk-managed portfolios and income-driven investing strategies for his clients. He graduated an honors scholar with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO, and he considers himself a lifelong learner and a passionate educator of financial and retirement strategies.

Scott regularly hosts educational town hall events, workshops, and classes throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. These events primarily focus on portfolio risk management, optimization of Social Security benefits, and retirement income planning.

Scott’s investment philosophy is deeply-rooted in disciplined investment strategies that adapt to changing market conditions with a focus on income and capital preservation. Additionally, one of his top priorities is working with couples and individuals at or near retirement to develop a personalized “Structured Income Plan” for their retirement needs. This helps make certain his clients will have access to an income cash flow needed to create and sustain the lifestyle they dreamed of in their retirement years. You will often hear Scott refer to this process as “creating liability immunization” and “spending with confidence.”

As a fiduciary and independent advisor, Scott Hoskins takes pride in his responsibility to provide each and every client with advice that is in his or her best interest. Scott is keenly aware that it is essential, especially in these current, fast-paced and volatile times, that the client/advisor relationship is built on trust, teamwork, and transparency.

When not at work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, traveling and playing golf. He is a member of several community organizations, including his church, and takes part in various children’s activities. He is an avid reader and sports fan.
